Whatcha Doing?

The Oklahoma weather warm up has begun and with the warm weather comes a lot of fun activities and excitement. Alyssa's Kindergarten year will be coming to a close soon. I can not believe that there are only 7 days left of school. It seems like it was just yesterday I was crying at the corner watching her drive away on the school bus her first time. Layla was only 9 days old that day. Time has certainly flown by this year!
Now my mind is racing wondering what I will do this summer to entertain not 2 daughters at home, but 3 daughters at home. How will I go to the pool with all 3 of them by myself this year? Things will be a little challenging with 2 wild girls and a crawling toddler. Gear up baby!

I don't have to tell you that the royal wedding was this month. You would have to live under a rock to not know that. What can I say? Us girls love a good love story and a happy ending with a wedding. So I dvr'd the wedding early that morning, and gathered up a handful of my close girlfriends over at my house and hosted a ROYAL WEDDING BRUNCH PARTY. We feasted on tasty brunch food and drinks and watched Prince William marry Kate Middleton. It was a lot of fun for the kids as well. I think we had 6 babies and a bunch of other children running in and out of my house that morning. It was funny.

Alyssa had been asking to have Lemonade stand for awhile now. I told her it had to warm up a lot more before she could have one. A couple of weekends ago was our neighborhood garage sale and it was a nice day out, so Alyssa and Bella set up shop in front of our house by our garage sale. Alyssa decided to sale Lemonade for .25 a cup, and Rice Crispies for .50 each. People would come and go from our garage sale, and leave most of the time with a cup of lemonade or a rice crispy and non of the things Rob and I were selling. They made about $10 bucks when they were done. I was quite impressed. When I text my friend Kali a picture of them selling, she told me that Alyssa could probably sell dirt to someone. I thought that was so funny, and probably true! She is a wheeler and a dealer!

Layla is 9 1/2 months old and has been loving walks and trips to the park. This was one of her first times in a swing by herself. Her face makes me smile. I love this stage when they are discovering everything for the first time and through new eyes. It is fun.

I never thought I would say it but Bella is FINALLY fully potty trained! Here she is in all her fancy new Tangled underwear.
Did I mention that Bella is potty trained!? I'm so excited about it.

Alyssa has had quite the social life lately. It seems my life consists of taking her to and from parties for her school friends every week. It is fun to see her with her friends from school. The way the interact with each other and act so grown up. HILARIOUS! This picture is of Alyssa right after she came home from a birthday party last weekend. As you can see, it was a GREAT party!

How much to do I love that you hosted a wedding brunch!? I only wish I could have been there. So fun!

Are you going to Wyoming this summer? If so, when? I'll be there for 3 weeks in July...
